Why these two belong together
The two sections mirror each other. Each has a task where you answer someone (the email · the simulated conversation), a task where you take a side (the opinion essay · the spoken opinion), and a task built on a passage (the integrated essay · Speaking Task 1). Raters score both the same way: Complete · Develop · Deliver. And the Writing passage comes back in Speaking, so the student who marks it once, both sides, walks into Speaking already prepared. Fluent speakers lose points in both sections for the same reasons: tú where usted belongs, no plan, and a clock that runs out. This bundle fixes both.
